The CHRYSSA VOUNA project is located at the outskirts of village Pyrga of the Larnaca District. Built at an altitude of 270 meters, the project is literally "drowned" in the green of pines and wild vegetation.  The project is just 6 km away from the Nicosia Limassol high way and 23 kilometres from Larnaca/Larnaca airport 30 from Nicosia, 40 from Limassol
The village population is apx 600.

1. Structural frame: concrete structure, waterproofing, timber roofing covered with roof tiles.
2. Walls:200mm thick external brick walling, 100mm thick internal brick walling
3. Rendering and painting: 3 coats rendering and 3 coats emulsion painting internally, 3 coats rendering and 3 coats emulsion painting externally
4. Floor finishes: ceramic tiling internally, ceramic tiling at external verandah, patterned block finishing at main entrance externally and driveway
5. Wall tiling: ceramic tiling in bathrooms, wc, and between kitchen units
6. External doors and windows: double glazed aluminum sliding doors and windows, shutters at bathrooms, provision of shutters at ground floor
7. Carpentry: internal doors made in beech, kitchen units and wardrobe doors made in beech, fitting components made in melamine, faced chipboard, granite kitchen worktops.
8. Sanitary appliances: sanitary appliances and fittings, white baths- water closets - wash basins.
9. Plumbing: 750 lt plastic water tank, solar panels, provision for pressurized water system.
10. Electrical installation: electrical installation excluding lighting (decorative) fittings.
11. Air-conditioning: provision for air-conditioning and/or central heating.
